we would come back for sure, thanks for the really great stay. the rooms are big and newly remodelled and include a microwave and a refrigerator. the location is great, short walk to the truck stop, and medical center - couldn't be better. besides, we liked the lake, located within 15 mins walk of the hotel.

The room was neat and newly decorated, without a doubt, had a microwave and a refrigerator. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, like a cloud. The hotel's position was marvellous, in the middle of jackson...

I stayed for 2 nights here and had a great time. The staff was friendly all the time. My room was big, had a clean bathroom. The location turned out to be great! It took just 21 minutes by car to get to the airport. I truly enjoyed this, haven't been in a better hotel.

During my recent stay at Crystal Suites, I encountered a situation that really impressed me. I had some friends come to pick me up at the hotel, and we asked them to come up to the room for a quick chat. However, the front desk staff at Crystal Suites continuously called the room, insisting that our friends leave because they wanted the parking spot. This experience made me realize that Crystal Suites has a strict no visitor policy, which can really hinder the enjoyment of your stay if you're planning on spending time with friends or family. It's a shame because the hotel has other amenities that are quite basic, such as no free WiFi or breakfast options. The rooms were clean, but there was a persistent smell of smoke in the non-smoking rooms. The hot water in the shower also took a long time to warm up. Despite these drawbacks, I will be cautious in recommending this hotel to others due to their unfriendly visitor policy. I cannot recommend Crystal Suites for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
